Cases Study – Peterborough

Mr & Mrs V had recently extended a property which featured a large open inglenook fireplace dividing the living room and dining area. The opening housed a dog grate which they used to burn candles, and as it wasn’t really suitable for an open fire, the chimney had been closed off.

Upon visiting our showroom the couple were able to view numerous options ranging from freestanding stoves, inset appliances and revolving fires. Having considered a number of ideas they decided to opt for the stylish M-Design Venus 850DHT, as they felt it would make a beautiful feature for their home even when it was not alight. The heat output it would provide would be perfect for their room and it would provide a real talking point without closing off the divide between the two areas of the room.
